- Business contact details of owners, directors and advisers of companies we may wish to approach, obtained from public sources such as Companies House, company websites, professional networks and industry publications.

How we use it, and our lawful bases
- To respond to your enquiry and manage our relationship with you: our legitimate interests in running our business.
- To identify and contact businesses that may be suitable for investment, and their owners and advisers: our legitimate interests in developing our business. We keep these approaches relevant and proportionate, and you may object at any time.

Who we share it with

We share it only with service providers who support our business, such as our website and email hosting providers, with our professional advisers, and with co investors or counterparties where this is necessary for a transaction and subject to confidentiality. How long we keep it
